chemical polish for Zinc and Cadmium Plated Deposits

Metalline Corporation manufactures a complete line of products that will chemically polish zinc and cadmium plated deposits and prepare them for subsequent chemical processing.  The following products are designed to clean, activate and brighten zinc and cadmium deposits by removing stubborn brightener films and other organic containments: 

• DIP 400ZN is a powder that is added water to chemically polish and brighten zinc plated deposits. DIP 400ZN outperforms standard nitric acid “sour dips” by improving the appearance and the adhesion of your chromate film.  DIP 400ZN will also lengthen the life of the chromate solution.
• PRE-BLACK is a liquid blend of alkaline surfactants and activators used to prepare plated zinc deposits and zinc die castings for subsequent chemical processing.  PRE-BLACK was specially designed for use prior to METALLINE ECLIPSE NCB and METALLINE BZ-89H non-chrome zinc blackening products.
• DIP 300 CD is a powder that is added water to chemically polish and brighten cadmium plated deposits. DIP 300CD outperforms standard nitric acid “sour dips” by improving the appearance and the adhesion of your chromate film.  DIP 300CD will also lengthen the life of the chromate solution.
